1. Eligibility and Participation

Miss American Ambassador International is a virtual title system open to eligible participants who meet the stated age and division requirements. By entering, all participants (“Delegates”) affirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.

2. Entry Fees and Payments

All entry fees and purchases made through Miss American Ambassador International are final and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Entry fees

  • Sash upgrades

  • Crown purchases

  • Optional add-ons

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Withdrawal (voluntary or involuntary)

  • Disqualification

  • Failure to submit materials

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. National Virtual Competition Structure

Miss American Ambassador operates as a fully virtual competition. Delegates are responsible for submitting all required materials by stated deadlines. Failure to do so may result in disqualification without refund.

As an official American Ambassador State Titleholder, each delegate will receive her title sash and crown, recognizing her achievement and representation within the system. Keep in mind State sashes are made to order and can take up to 5 weeks to fulfill along with crowns.

These materials are provided to reflect the honor of holding a state title and to allow each delegate to fully step into her role as a Miss American Ambassador titleholder.

In preparation for national judging, delegates will submit a professional headshot and a resume highlighting their accomplishments, activities, and personal achievements. These materials are used by the judging panel to evaluate each titleholder.

At the conclusion of each seasonal cycle, selected national queens will continue on to the international competition for their cycle. This next phase allows each national queen to represent her title on the international level within the American Ambassador system.

American Ambassador is designed to be simple, accessible, and straightforward, providing a meaningful title experience without unnecessary complexity.

4. Code of Conduct

All Delegates are expected to uphold professionalism, integrity, and respectful conduct at all times.

Miss American Ambassador reserves the absolute right to revoke any title, placement, or participation status at its sole discretion if a Delegate:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions

  • Engages in misconduct, harassment, or defamatory behavior

  • Makes false, misleading, or damaging statements about the organization, its staff, sponsors, or affiliates

  • Acts in a manner deemed inconsistent with the values of the organization

Revocation may occur with or without notice and without refund.

5. False Statements and Defamation

Delegates agree not to make, publish, or distribute any false, misleading, or defamatory statements regarding Miss American Ambassador, its representatives, partners, or participants.

Any such actions may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification or title revocation
