3. National Virtual Competition Structure

Miss American Ambassador operates as a fully virtual competition. Delegates are responsible for submitting all required materials by stated deadlines. Failure to do so may result in disqualification without refund.

As an official American Ambassador State Titleholder, each delegate will receive her title sash and crown, recognizing her achievement and representation within the system. Keep in mind State sashes are made to order and can take up to 5 weeks to fulfill along with crowns.

These materials are provided to reflect the honor of holding a state title and to allow each delegate to fully step into her role as a Miss American Ambassador titleholder.

In preparation for national judging, delegates will submit a professional headshot and a resume highlighting their accomplishments, activities, and personal achievements. These materials are used by the judging panel to evaluate each titleholder.

At the conclusion of each seasonal cycle, selected national queens will continue on to the international competition for their cycle. This next phase allows each national queen to represent her title on the international level within the American Ambassador system.

American Ambassador is designed to be simple, accessible, and straightforward, providing a meaningful title experience without unnecessary complexity.

 International Virtual Competition Structure

Miss International Ambassador operates as a fully virtual international title program designed to provide a meaningful, accessible, and straightforward pageant experience for delegates around the world. Delegates are responsible for submitting all required materials by the stated deadlines for their selected seasonal cycle. Failure to submit required materials on time may result in disqualification without refund.

Multiple queens may be appointed from each country, allowing delegates the opportunity to proudly represent their nation, culture, platform, and personal achievements within the Miss International Ambassador system. International queens are fully appointed and do not compete in a national competition. Only American Ambassador queens participate in a national competition structure.

As an official Miss International Ambassador titleholder, each appointed queen will receive her title sash and crown, recognizing her achievement and representation within the international program. Please keep in mind that sashes and crowns are made to order and may take up to 5 weeks to fulfill.

These materials are provided to reflect the honor of holding an international title and to allow each appointed queen to fully step into her role as a Miss International Ambassador titleholder.

In preparation for international judging, appointed queens will submit a professional headshot and a resume highlighting their accomplishments, activities, service work, leadership experience, and personal achievements. These materials are used by the judging panel to evaluate each titleholder.

After each seasonal appointment cycle closes, eligible appointed queens will move into a one-week international competition window. During this fully virtual competition period, delegates will complete the next phase of judging for the opportunity to be selected as the Miss International Ambassador international winner.

Miss International Ambassador is designed to be simple, inclusive, and globally accessible, providing a fully remote title experience without unnecessary complexity. This program allows appointed queens to celebrate who they are, where they come from, and the meaningful impact they hope to make as international ambassadors.
